- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Do NOT bank here!!!! The branch manager for Florence branches, Adam Collins, messed up my title (used lightstream) causing me to not be able to get a tag for my new car, which was purchased in TN. It's been over 2 months and I still have no title. Which means I can't drive the vehicle I purchased. I've called weekly asking for updates and if I can even get him on the phone he has nothing and refuses to check with the state because "he has to be on hold for an hour." Most recently he told me if I had the vin number I could call them myself. I'm beyond furious with them. This is the worst bank I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, and we've beem loyal SunTrust customers for almost 6 years. I explained to him that the second vehicle was purchased because my husband was working in New Orleans and I'm a stay at home mom. I've had to move to Nashville with family because although I'm paying for a second car, I can't drive it. AVOID SUNTRUST AT ALL COSTS.By Mallory O'Neill, August 12, 2017
